DanangFlats is an information platform that collects furnished rental offers in Da Nang, Vietnam from publicly available sources and makes them searchable. We are not a real estate agent or broker, we are not a party to any rental agreement, and using this site is free of charge for tenants. Any rental contract is concluded exclusively between you and the landlord.

Listings originate from third parties and can become outdated — prices, availability and conditions may change at any time. The "Last confirmed" date on each listing shows when we last checked it; a "Verified" badge means we confirmed price, availability and minimum stay directly with the landlord on that date. Always verify price and availability with the landlord yourself before any payment, and never transfer deposits for an apartment you have not seen.

Landlords and rights holders can request the correction or removal of their listing at any time — via the "Report this listing" link on each listing page or by e-mail to hello@danangflats.com. Reported listings are removed within 48 hours.

We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party listing content, nor for the conduct of landlords or agents. This does not affect liability for intent and gross negligence or for injury to life, body or health. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

DanangFlats ist eine Informationsplattform, die möblierte Mietangebote in Da Nang (Vietnam) aus öffentlich zugänglichen Quellen sammelt und durchsuchbar macht. Vermieter und Rechteinhaber können jederzeit die Berichtigung oder Entfernung ihres Inserats verlangen — über den Link „Report this listing“ auf jeder Inseratsseite oder per E-Mail an hello@danangflats.com. Gemeldete Inserate entfernen wir innerhalb von 48 Stunden.

Für Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Aktualität von Dritt-Inhalten sowie für das Verhalten von Vermietern oder Maklern übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Unberührt bleibt die Haftung für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Schäden an Leben, Körper und Gesundheit. Es gilt deutsches Recht; zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Aufenthaltslandes bleiben unberührt.
