DanangFlats is an information platform that collects rental offers in Da Nang, Vietnam from publicly available sources and makes them searchable. We are not a real estate agent or broker, we are not a party to any rental agreement, and using this site is free of charge for tenants. Any rental contract is concluded exclusively between you and the landlord.

Listings originate from third parties and can become outdated — prices, availability and conditions may change at any time. The "Last confirmed" date on each listing shows when we last checked it; a "Verified" badge means we confirmed price, availability and minimum stay directly with the landlord on that date. Always verify price and availability with the landlord yourself before any payment, and never transfer deposits for an apartment you have not seen.

Landlords and rights holders can request the correction or removal of their listing at any time — via the "Report this listing" link on each listing page or by e-mail to hello@danangflats.com. Reported listings are removed within 48 hours.

We are not liable for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party listing content, nor for the conduct of landlords or agents. This does not affect liability for intent and gross negligence or for injury to life, body or health. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Landlords and agents can list apartments themselves with a free account — one by one in their dashboard or with a connected Google Sheet. By doing so you confirm that you are the owner or authorized to rent out the apartment, that the information is correct and that you may use the photos. Listing is free. Listings that are not confirmed for 30 days are hidden automatically and deleted after 60 days; you can remove yours at any time in your dashboard or your sheet. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for what is published from your account. We may edit or remove listings without notice, in particular misleading, duplicate or fraudulent ones.

DanangFlats ist eine Informationsplattform, die möblierte Mietangebote in Da Nang (Vietnam) aus öffentlich zugänglichen Quellen sammelt und durchsuchbar macht. Wir sind kein Immobilienmakler, nicht Partei eines Mietvertrags, und die Nutzung ist für Mieter kostenlos. Mietverträge kommen ausschließlich zwischen Ihnen und dem Vermieter zustande.

Inserate stammen von Dritten und können veralten — Preise, Verfügbarkeit und Konditionen können sich jederzeit ändern. Das Datum „Last confirmed“ zeigt die letzte Prüfung; „Verified“ bedeutet, dass wir Preis, Verfügbarkeit und Mindestmietdauer zu diesem Datum direkt beim Vermieter bestätigt haben. Prüfen Sie Preis und Verfügbarkeit vor jeder Zahlung selbst beim Vermieter und überweisen Sie niemals Kautionen für eine ungesehene Wohnung.

Vermieter und Rechteinhaber können jederzeit die Berichtigung oder Entfernung ihres Inserats verlangen — über den Link „Report this listing“ auf jeder Inseratsseite oder per E-Mail an hello@danangflats.com. Gemeldete Inserate entfernen wir innerhalb von 48 Stunden.

Für Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Aktualität von Dritt-Inhalten sowie für das Verhalten von Vermietern oder Maklern übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Unberührt bleibt die Haftung für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit sowie für Schäden an Leben, Körper und Gesundheit. Es gilt deutsches Recht; zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften Ihres Aufenthaltslandes bleiben unberührt.

Vermieter und Makler können Wohnungen mit einem kostenlosen Konto selbst einstellen — einzeln im Dashboard oder über eine angebundene Google-Tabelle. Damit bestätigen Sie, dass Sie Eigentümer oder zur Vermietung berechtigt sind, die Angaben stimmen und Sie die Fotos verwenden dürfen. Das Einstellen ist kostenlos. Inserate, die 30 Tage lang nicht bestätigt werden, werden automatisch ausgeblendet und nach 60 Tagen gelöscht; Sie können Ihre Inserate jederzeit im Dashboard bzw. in Ihrer Tabelle entfernen. Halten Sie Ihre Zugangsdaten geheim — Sie sind für alles verantwortlich, was über Ihr Konto veröffentlicht wird. Wir dürfen Inserate ohne Ankündigung bearbeiten oder entfernen, insbesondere irreführende, doppelte oder betrügerische.
