List your apartments for free

DanangFlats helps digital nomads and expats find apartments with flexible rental duration in Da Nang. If you rent out apartments, list them here — free and without commission. Renters contact you directly on WhatsApp or Zalo.

How it works

1. Create a Google Sheet with these columns — or download our template and open it in Google Sheets (File → Import).

   id

   Your own code for the apartment, e.g. A12 (required)

   status

   Leave empty while available. Write "rented" while it is rented — the listing is hidden and comes back when you clear it. Delete the row to remove it for good.

   text

   The same text you post on Facebook, in any language (required)

   photos

   Photo links (Google Drive, Dropbox or any image link), separated by spaces

   price

   Optional, if the price is not in the text — e.g. "9tr" or "350 USD"

   contact

   Optional WhatsApp/Zalo number, if different from yours

2. Share it: click Share → General access → “Anyone with the link” (Viewer) → Copy link. Photos on Google Drive must be shared as “Anyone with the link” too.
3. Connect it in your dashboard: create a free account, open “Google Sheet” and paste the link. We check your sheet right away and your apartments go online within minutes.

Just a few apartments? Add them one by one in your dashboard — one click on your Facebook post brings text and all photos over, or copy a similar apartment. Questions: hello@danangflats.com

After that you only keep your sheet up to date. Every night we sync it: new rows appear on the site, rows marked “rented” are hidden until you clear the status, deleted rows disappear, and everything else stays online as confirmed. Listings that nobody confirms for a month are removed automatically — so renters only see apartments that are really available.
